The Data Protection Commission (DPC) values diversity, equality and gender parity in our workplace. Our 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report reflects this commitment, outlining our workforce profile and the ongoing actions we are taking to promote fairness and reduce pay disparities. This year’s statistics show continued improvement, with both the mean and median gender pay gaps narrowing compared to last year.
