Freedom of Information Requests for Non-Personal Information during 2019

Pursuant to Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, the DPC is subject to FOI only in respect of records concerning the general administration of the Commission. The term "general administration" refers to records which have to do with the management the DPC as an organisation, such as records relating to personnel, pay matters, recruitment, accounts, information technology, accommodation, internal organisation, and office procedures.
