Elizabeth Finn was appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Head of Cross Border Complaints and Inquiries in July 2024. Elizabeth has been an employee of the Commission since 2021 having previously served as an Assistant Commissioner in the Access Requests Unit. In her previous role with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade she delivered a number of online customer focused services as well as managing the delivery of a number of strategic projects. She holds a Degree in Information Systems, Diploma in Strategic Project and Program Management as well as a Diploma in Web Development.
