Freedom of Information Requests for Non-Personal Information during 2017

Pursuant to Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, the DPC is subject to FOI only in respect of records concerning the general administration of the Commission. The term "general administration" refers to records which have to do with the management the DPC as an organisation, such as records relating to personnel, pay matters, recruitment, accounts, information technology, accommodation, internal organisation, and office procedures. The DPC is not an FOI body in respect of records relating to its functions as a data protection authority.

The below disclosure log sets out details of non-personal requests for access to information which have been dealt with by the DPC under the FOI Act 2014. The disclosure log does not include details of requests for information which fall outside the scope of the FOI Act 2014
