(2) Customer Billing: Billing method, bank account details, credit card details, details of calls made (number dialled, date, time and duration) and internet activity, billing/payment history, account status, contact history, service history, equipment supplied, usage history, contract documentation.
(B) Advertising and marketing: Contact details (name, address, email address, telephone numbers), customers marketing preference, services or products.

(F) Deploying a field scheduling tool to optimise work allocation and capacity planning, support health and safety and improve customer service.Data: Engineer name, title, Employee Identification Number and a unique ID in the tool, login/logoff times to the tool, the type and details of each task, the associated task status, including task start and end times, the number of tasks completed per day, location and travel times between points.
