Employees normal H.R. and personal files and personal data relating to employees names, address, home contact details, curriculum vitae, including education and training details, date of birth, payroll number, p.p.s. number, salary details, annual and sick leave records, bank details, office email traffic and content and all data kept in the normal course of managing employees relationship including Health and Safety data, and data relating to grievances aA & B. Customers & applicants name, current address, previous address home telephone number, mobile telephone number, work telephone number, email address, gender, enterprise details, current and past borrowing information, employment details, marital status, date of birth, drivers license number, PPS number, self-employed/PAYE, log of telephone calls, records of letters, name, address and contact details of agents, solicitors or any other parties relevant to the relationship, details of proceeding being instituted, status of legal proceedings, records of judgement obtained against customers. C.
