Application 1: 1. Provision of telecommunications Services Personal data is obtained, stored and otherwise processed in the course of managing customer applications to avail of our services; administering customer accounts i.e. billing, customer care etc; analysing data to administer and enhance the overall service i.e. network management, product and service development, marketing strategy , customer retention; credit, fraud management etc. complying with lawful and regulatory requirements for provision of traffic information used to provide bill pay and prepay mobile telecommunications services. Description of Personal data 1: To set up and administer customer accounts a range of personal data is processed. This includes: Customer Name; Address; Date of Birth; Authorised contact information; Employment details; ID validation such as passport and drivers licence; address validation such as utility bills, bank statements; Contact telephone numbers; email address, Marketing preferences; National Directory Database preference; Bank Details; Credit and Debit card information; Top up details and balance; account balances; Log in and password for front end applications; iD Account number; Other operator account number; Customer password; Contact history; tariff details; details of traffic information for calls, texts, MMS and data usage; caller iD status; phone number(MSISDN); International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI); IMEI number; subscription settings (barring, diverts); Voicemail (messages/greeting/PIN); Location Information such as Cell iD international roaming information; recordings of calls to our call centre;. Certain data will be used for business planning including management of the network, staff resourcing decisions, product and service development; fraud prevention;Application 3: 2. Human Resources/Staff Administration Personal data is obtained from prospective employees and employees who are engaged to support delivery of mobile services. Description of Personal data 3: A range of data is collected to support staff administration. This includes staff contact information, date of birth; details on next of kin, PPSN numbers; CVs ; reference checks, ID information; health insurance information; pension information; salary information; bank details and performance review information |
